On the <br />application for SGG, LLC d/b/a Melting Pot Restaurant, question #8 was answered by the applicant and <br />it not applicable to a Limited Liability Company. On the Gentleman Jim's Bar & Grill application, on line <br />9C, the date of the last report filed with the Secretary of State was omitted. On the Safeway Store #2909 <br />application, question 11, they did not state whether they have legal possession of the premises. On <br />question 19 of the same application, they need to list all owners and directors of the corporation. <br /> <br />Kimmett noted that on the renewal application for Gentleman Jim's Bar & Grill, on page 2, line #2, the <br />applicant did not mark whether the premises were owned or rented, and if rented the lease expiration date <br />was omitted. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Ae <br /> <br />Show Cause Hearing - L & G Liquors Inc., d/b/a L & G Liquors - Retail Liquor Store <br />License- 1140 Pine Street. <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeff.ers called the Show Cause Hearing to Order. For the record, he noted that he is the <br />Chair of the Local Licensing Authority and stated the following: "This is the hearing to show cause why <br />the liquor license held by L&G Liquors, Inc. should not be suspended or revoked for alleged violations of <br />one or more provisions of the Colorado Liquor Code and Liquor Code Regulations and the Louisville <br />Municipal Code." <br /> <br />"The purpose of this hearing is to receive evidence to enable the Authority to make findings and reach a <br />conclusion as to whether there is sufficient evidence proving the Licensee violated one or more of the <br />laws and regulations specified in the Show Cause order, and if so, whether revocation or suspension of <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
