Designation of Places for Posting of Notice of Public Meetings <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers moved that agenda item VI. B. Show Cause Hearing for Celtic Way <br />Ltd., d/b/a Druids Arms, be moved to agenda item VI. A. All members were in favor, <br />motion carded. <br /> <br />Show Cause Heating - Celtic Way Ltd., d/b/a Druid Arms - Tavern Liquor License - 809 <br />Main Street. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Chairperson Jeffers called the Show Cause Hearing to Order. Present at the proceedings <br />was Mark Shapiro, Prosecutor for the City and Michael Rennich, attorney representing the <br />Licensee. Mr. Shipiro stated that they had reached a settlement disposition in the incident <br />of August 3, 1999 at Celtic Way, Ltd., Licensee, d/b/a Druids Arms, 809 Main Street, <br />Louisville, CO, 80027. <br /> <br />In the proposed Stipulation and Agreement, the licensee admitted to the alleged violations <br />as defined in the Order to Show Cause and Notice of Hearing and agreed to the three (3) <br />day suspension as penalty for violations of the Colorado Liquor Code and Regulations and <br />Louisville Municipal Code, with one (1) day to be served, and two (2) days to be held in <br />abeyance for a period of one (1) year pending no further violations. <br /> <br />The one-day suspension is to be served on Monday, the 21~t of February, 2000. <br /> <br />Additionally, the licensee agreed that any existing employee serving alcohol beverages, <br />who has not attended a training class provided by the Colorado Department of Revenue <br />Liquor Enforcement Division in the past twelve (12) months, attend such class within the <br />next sixty (60) days. <br /> <br />Executive Session regarding Proposed Settlement - L & G Liquors Inc., d/b/a L & G <br />Liquors vs. Local Licensing Authority. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
