Dahlia.

Discussion by the members concluded that, due to omissions and conflicting information
in the application, and lack of diagrams provided by the licensee, that this request for
Modification of Premises could not be approved at this time.

The members directed the Authority Secretary to contact the licensee and request that a
representative be available to appear before the Authority. The representative is to be
prepared to answer questions and provide detailed diagrams that designate past and
proposed configurations of the licensed premises.

Louisville Local Licensing Authority - 1999 Annual Report.

Chairperson Jeffers presented the annual report to the Authority members. Of significant
note in the report, is increased concern by the Authority over sales to intoxicated persons.

Kathleen Kelly of Griffiths, Tanoue and Light, P.C. was welcomed as the Authority
Attorney in November, and thanks were extended to Sam Light and Kathleen Kelly for
their guidance. Nancy Varra and Sgt. Jerry Riggins were acknowledged by the Authority
for their continued support and contributions.

Special mention was given to Authority member Gene Morris who passed away in August
and whose presence will be sadly missed.
