McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Myers suggested that item V. E. Late Renewal Application - Carli Enterprises, LLC, clfo/a <br />Centennial Liquors - Retail Liquor Store License be removed from the consent agenda and placed <br />under authority business, item VI. D. All members voiced consent. <br /> <br />Kimmett asked about the lease date of the Coal Creek Golf Course. According to the renewal <br />application, the lease expires 01/01/01 and the period of the renewed license would be 6/11/01. <br /> <br />Authority Secretary Varra stated that the City of Louisville owns the golf course and will issue a <br />new lease with a term date of 01/01/00 through 06/11/01. <br /> <br />Lipton moved that the consent agenda be approved as modified. Kimmett seconded the motion. <br />Roll Call Vote: Jeffers - yes, Kimmett - yes, Evans - yes, Lipton - yes, Myers - yes. All <br />members were in favor, motion carded. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Stipulation and Agreement - Bungalow Wine & Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Bungalow Wine & <br />Spirits - Retail Liquor Store License - 645 South Boulder Road. <br /> <br />Special Prosecutor Mark Shapiro presented the Stipulation and Agreement for Bungalow Wine & <br />Liquors Inc. The proposed Stipulation and Agreement acknowledges that there was a violation <br />on January 7, 2000. The penalty for the violations of the Colorado Liquor Code and Regulations <br />and the Louisville Municipal Code is three (3) days' suspension, with no days of suspension to be <br />served at this time. Ail three (3) days are to be held in abeyance for a period of one (1) year of <br />the executed Stipulation and Agreement pending no further violations. The Stipulation and <br />Agreement also requires that any existing employee or other person serving alcohol who has not <br />attended a training class in the last twelve (12) months, must attend such class within sixty (60) <br />days. <br /> <br />J.Y. Kang, Attorney for the Licensee stated that this agreement was acceptable with his client. <br /> <br />There was discussion relative to the Stipulation and Agreement not requiring any days of <br />suspension to be served by the Licensee. Jeffers commented that the newly revised Rules of <br />Procedures contemplate the Authority considering such a request. <br /> <br />Kimmett moved that the Authority approve the Stipulation and Agreement for Bungalow Wine & <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
