2 <br /> <br />Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: May 8, 2000 <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />mo <br /> <br />New Application - White Lodging Services Corporation and RI-LOU, LLC, d/b/a Residence <br />Inn by Marriott - Louisville - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 845 Coal Creek Circle. <br /> <br />Authority Chairperson Myers opened the public hearing on the application for a Hotel and Restaurant <br />Liquor License at 845 Coal Creek Circle, under the business name of Residence Inn by Marriott. <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk commented that the application is for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License <br />and that copies of the completed application were provided to each Authority member. The <br />application provided is complete and fingerprint reports are already on file with the state. Public <br />notice of the hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. The Deputy City <br />Clerk reported that she was not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the <br />application. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked if there were any Authority member disclosures. There were none. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked if anyone present had any objection to the boundaries of the neighborhood <br />being the current boundaries of the City of Louisville? Hearing none, the Authority proceeded with <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Ch~erSon MYers mo~ed that the complete application as contained inthe AU~ofity Packets be <br />made a paa 0f the ReCord of ~s he~ng ifiClU~ngthe revised diagr~ provided to ali the members <br />bY the aPPlicant: Kimmett §econded the motiOn. All memberS were in faVOr, motion carded. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked the applicant to come forward, state his name and address for the record <br />and be sworn in. <br /> <br />Attorney for the applicant stated his name and address, Mr. Andrew Spielman, Esq. of Brownstein <br />Hyatt & Farber, P.C., 410 17th Street, Denver, CO and advised the Authority that there would be two <br />witnesses to be sworn in. <br /> <br />The first witness stated her name and address, Melissa Ronacher, 845 Coal Creek Circle, Louisville, <br />CO. <br /> <br />The second witness stated his name and address, Mr. Max Scott of Oedipus, Inc., Boulder, CO. <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk asked the witnesses to raise their right hand and proceeded with the oath. <br />"Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to give <br />will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth". <br /> <br />Ms. Ronacher: Yes. <br /> <br />Mr. Scott: Yes. <br /> <br />Chair Myers asked the applicant to make the presentation. <br /> <br />\LFRED\VARRANXLIQUOR~2000WIINUTESWIINUTES 050800.DOC <br /> <br /> <br />
