City Council Utility Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, May 12, 2020 <br />Page 8 of 8 <br />Mr. Kowar said he wants to be proactive and have something in June. <br />Councilmember Lipton agreed and asked Mr. Peterson to add. He continued <br />with saying to add COVID follow up, quarterly update on water rights share <br />prices. Mr. Peterson referred to May's meeting that it was discussed and the <br />numbers are higher than what was used to update our rates but haven't moved <br />since we adjusted last year. Mr. Kowar said the Rate Design is a struggle right <br />now until we get through the budget analysis; waiting on direction. <br />Councilmember Lipton said we can put this on the October/November meeting. <br />XV: Upcoming Projects and Council Action <br />• Water Rights - Summer <br />• COVID Impacts <br />• Raw Water Study <br />XIX. Adjourn <br />Councilmember Lipton motioned to adjourn and Mayor Pro Tem Maloney second <br />the motion, all agreed and the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 p.m. <br />10 <br />
