All members were in <br /> , mOtion passed. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney Kelly noted for the Authority that The Noodle Shop Co - Colorado, Inc. is <br />100% owned by The Noodle Shop Company. She stated that the applicant has been requested to <br />submit individual history records as part of the state master file for the officers and directors of <br />the parent company as required by state statute to establish good moral character. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney Kelly advised the Authority to be prepared to address this issue as the <br />applicant has indicated that they will be asking the Authority to agree to a principal officer <br />designation instead of submitting the additional individual history records. This designation <br />would be accomplished through a resolution by the parent company and would Permit the parent <br />company, The Noodle Shop Company to name the subsidiary, The Noodle Shop Co - Colorado, <br />Inc. as their designee. As designee, The Noodle Shop Co - Colorado, Inc. would be solely <br />responsible for the operation of the restaurant and control of the liquor license. <br /> <br />Attorney Kelly advised the members that she has attempted to contact Matt Cook of the State <br />Liquor Enforcement Division on this matter and would be prepared to advise the Authority at the <br />July 31 st public heating. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
