Louisville Local Licensing Authority Meeting Date: July 31, 2000 Page 13 C. Public Heating - New Application - Holly & Mike's Ribs Inc., d/b/a Hickory Sticks Smokehouse & Grill - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 1000 S. Boulder Road. Chairperson Myers opened the public hearing on the application for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License at 1000 South Boulder Road, under the business name of Hickory Sticks. Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that the application is for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License and that copies of the entire application were provided to each Authority member. Fingerprint reports are already on filewith the state. Public notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. The Deputy City Clerk reported that based upon the information received, the application is complete and she was not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. Chairperson Myers asked for AuthoritY member disclosures. None heard. Chairperson Myers stated that the Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville and asked if there was anyone present that objected to the boundaries set. None heard. Chairperson Myers moved that the complete application as contained in the Authority packetsbe made a part of the record of the hearing. Jeffers seconded the motion. All members were in favor, motion carried. Chairperson Myers asked the 'applicant to come forward, state their name and address for the record, and take the oath. Mr. Kevin V. Moore, 8910 Ralston Rd., Arvada, Colorado, attorney for the applicant, introduced himself to the Authority and called for his clients to come forward to be sworn. The first applicant stated his name and address, Michael Davis, 1477 Franklin Court, Louisville, Colorado. The Deputy City Clerk asked the applicant to raise his right hand and proceeded with the oath. "Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury~that the testimony you are about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth." Mr. Davis: Yes. The second applicant stated her name and address, Holly Ortiz, 1477 Franklin Court, Louisville, Colorado. The Deputy City Clerk asked the applicant to raise her right hand and proceeded with the oath. "Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that the testimony you are about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth." 13
