Staff is recommending approval. <br />Brauneis asked for questions of staff. He invited the applicant to speak and asked for <br />questions of the applicant. Seeing none, he asked for public comment. Seeing none, he <br />asked for staff closing statement. <br />Ritchie said staff had no closing statement. <br />Rice stated that this was a relatively routine situation and it just seemed like the timing <br />had not worked the way people had originally intended. <br />Moline agreed with Commissioner Rice and he did not think that anything had changed <br />in the area. <br />Rice moved to approved Resolution 21, Series 2019. Vote approved <br />by roll call vote <br />DeLo Lofts PUD Extension: A request for a three-year extension of the approval of the <br />DeLo Lofts PUD (Resolution 22, Series 2019) <br />• Applicant: Marathon Construction Management <br />• Case Manager: Lisa Ritchie, Senior Planner <br />Ritchie noted that all required public notice met. <br />Brauneis asked for conflicts of interest. None. <br />Ritchie described the history of the various policies and PUD changes. The plan <br />authorized the construction of 33 residential apartment condos and eight live -work units <br />in the buildings on the north side. The application was for a PUD extension to <br />December 6, 2022. Staff found that the proposal continued to meet the applicable <br />policies and regulations, since they were the same as when the original PUD was <br />approved. Staff recommended approval, but Ritchie noted that there had been property <br />maintenance compliance issues. <br />Hoefner asked what the compliance issues are on the property. <br />Zuccaro replied that there had been a dirt storage on the on the property for a while and <br />staff had received some complaints. <br />Hoefner asked if there was still a dirt pile and if it was still a compliance issue. <br />Zuccaro replied that there was still a dirt pile and that they were still working with the <br />applicant on the issue. <br />David DELO West LLC, stated that there was grading scheduled for tomorrow or next <br />week. He noted that there was water draining onto a neighbor's property that they were <br />working on. <br />E <br />
