Russ states that all interested parties who <br />have submitted their emails will be contacted. <br />➢ Small Area Plan — McCaslin (Measures of Success) <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Scott Robinson presented from Power Point: <br />• Study area extends from US 36 to Via Appia, properties adjacent to McCaslin on the <br />east and all Centennial Valley on the west. <br />• Purpose is to define the desired land uses for the corridor, establish preferred physical <br />character with design guidelines, and outline public infrastructure priorities. <br />• Process included five phases. <br />o Phase 1 — Desire: Set goals <br />o Phase 2 — Discovery: Corridor analysis <br />o Phase 3 — Design: Develop alternatives <br />o Phase 4 — Discussion: Select preferred alternative <br />o Phase 5 — Documentation: Codify results <br />• Phase 1 — Desire <br />o Opportunities/Constraints analysis <br />o Project measures of success <br />• Community Input <br />o ULI (Urban Land Institute) Technical Advisory Panel. Interviewed stakeholders in <br />the corridor, property owners and developers, business owners, and residents in <br />and near the corridor. Results and their analysis as form of input. <br />o www.EnvisionLouisvilleCO.com.
