Motion by Moline, seconded by Brauneis, passed by voice <br />vote. <br />Staff believes with the architectural types and materials, requests for building articulations, <br />bump -outs and setbacks, and with the scale of buildings, the applicant has been able to achieve <br />them. Buildings A and B will be facing Dillon Road. Building C will be in back and 960 feet from <br />Dillon Road. <br />SIGNS <br />Monument Signs: <br />• IDDSG allows one freestanding sign for each access. Applicant is requesting three <br />monument signs which they call project signs which are compliant with IDDSG. <br />• The center monument project sign is 14 feet tall. Staff does not support the 14 foot sign. <br />• 6'6" for signs on east and west access are adequate for the development along Dillon <br />Road. Staff recommends these signs. <br />Tenant Signs: <br />• The applicant is proposing three tenant signs for each lot within the development. <br />• Staff recommends approval of tenant signs. <br />Wall Signs -Waiver: <br />• IDDSG allows 15 SF wall signs, not to total more than 80 SF.
