Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: February 26, 2001 <br />2 <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that the individual history record for Carrabba's Manager Registration was not <br />complete. She stated that question 31, the funding source for the $25,000 invested by Mr. Hart, had not been <br />provided as requested in her letter of February 15, 2001. Authority Attorney Kelly stated that Mr. Hart also <br />needed to answer question 9B on the Report of Changes application concerning his compensation. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers moved to approve the Consent Agenda contingent on Mr. Hart, Manager of Carrabba's <br />Italian Grill, providing the noted information. Vice Chairperson Lipton seconded the motion. All members <br />were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />VI. AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Sanabria Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Abo's Pizza - Beer & Wine Liquor License - <br />1355 S. Boulder Road #C2. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers opened the public hearing on the application for a Beer and Wine liquor license at 1355 S. <br />Boulder Rd., #C2, Louisville, Colorado, under the business name of Abo's Pizza. <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that the application is for a Beer and Wine liquor license and that copies of the <br />entire application have been provided to each Authority member. She stated that the application was complete. <br />Bolte noted that fingerprint reports are on file with the state and that public notice of this hearing has been <br />posted and published in accordance with state law. She stated that she was not aware of any reason that would <br />require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked if there were any member disclosures. None stated. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers stated that the Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as <br />the current boundaries of the City of Louisville and asked if there was anyone present that wished to object. <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers moved that the entire application as contained in the Authority packets be made a part of the <br />record of the hearing. Vice Chairperson Lipton seconded the motion. All members were in favor, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers asked the applicants to come forward, state their name for the record and take the oath. <br /> <br />The applicants stated their name and address, Beatriz Sanabria, 380 Seminole Drive, Boulder, CO 80303. <br />Lizzette Sanabria, 380 Seminole Drive, Boulder, CO 80303. Both applicants raised their right hand and Deputy <br />City Clerk Bolte administered the oath. <br /> <br />Chairperson Myers stated that the Authority must consider several matters including the reasonable requirements <br />of the neighborhood and the desires of the adult inhabitants of the City prior to gran6ng a liquor license. He <br />asked the applicants to speak to these matters. <br /> <br />Beatriz Sanabria stated that many of her customers expressed the desire to have a beer or glass of wine with their <br />pizza. She stated that it xvas important to her business to make customers happy and keep them coming back. <br /> <br />Member Jeffers asked Attorney Kelly about the format used for the pefidon submitted by the applicants.
