Louisville Local Licensing Authority Meeting Date: April 30, 2001 2 E. Renewal Application - Double Happy Restaurant Inc., d/b/a Double Happy Restaurant - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 740 Main Street. Renewal Application - White Lodging Services Corp./RI-Lou, LLC, d/b/a Residence Inn by Marriott/Louisville - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 845 Coal Creek Circle. Renewal Application - 7-Eleven, Inc., d/b/a 7-Eleven Store #27728 - 3.2% Retail Beer (Off Premises) Liquor License - 300 S. McCaslin Blvd. Renewal Application - Metro Oil Co., Inc., d/b/a Diamond Shamrock #652 - 3.2% Retail Beer (Off Premises) Liquor License- 1135 S. Boulder Road. Member Kimmett noted that for 7-Eleven Store #27728, the individual history record for the new manager Lynda Christensen did not include her place(s) of residence for a full five years. Member Jeffers noted that for Diamond Shamrock #652, the individual history record for the new manager, Patricia Richmond did not include the year portion of her date of birth. Member KJmmett moved to approve the Consent Agenda contingent on receiving the required information from 7-Eleven Store #27728 and Diamond Shamrock #652 on the Manager changes. Member Jeffers seconded the motion. All members were in favor, motion carried. VI. AUTHORITY BUSINESS Public Hearing - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 375 S. McCaslin Blvd., Unit D. Vice Chairperson Lipton opened the public hearing on the application for a Hotel and Restaurant liquor license at 375 S. McCaslin Blvd., Unit D, Louisville, Colorado, under the business name of Chipode Mexican Grill. Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that the application is for a Beer and Wine liquor license and that copies of the entire application have been provided to each Authority member. She continued that the application is complete and that fingerprint reports are already on file with the state. Bolte stated that public notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with sate law and that she was not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. Attorney for the licensee, Mr. Jon Stonbraker of Dill, Dill, Cart, Stonbraker & Hutchings, asked to correct the record to reflect the type of license applied for as a Hotel and Restaurant license not a Beer & Wine license. Authority Attorney Sam Light and Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that Mr. Stonbraker was correct. Vice Chairperson Lipton asked if there were any member disclosures. None heard. Vice Chairperson Lipton stated that the Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville and asked if there were any objections to these boundaries. No objections were heard and Lipton stated that the public hearing would proceed. Vice Chairperson Lipton moved that the entire application as contained in the Authority packets be made a part of the record of the hearing.
