Renewal Application - Double Happy Restaurant Inc., d/b/a Double Happy Restaurant - Hotel <br /> & Restaurant Liquor License - 740 Main Street. <br /> <br />Renewal Application - White Lodging Services Corp./RI-Lou, LLC, d/b/a Residence Inn by <br />Marriott/Louisville - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 845 Coal Creek Circle. <br /> <br />Renewal Application - 7-Eleven, Inc., d/b/a 7-Eleven Store #27728 - 3.2% Retail Beer (Off <br />Premises) Liquor License - 300 S. McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Metro Oil Co., Inc., d/b/a Diamond Shamrock #652 - 3.2% Retail Beer <br />(Off Premises) Liquor License- 1135 S. Boulder Road. <br /> <br />Member Kimmett noted that for 7-Eleven Store #27728, the individual history record for the new manager <br />Lynda Christensen did not include her place(s) of residence for a full five years. <br /> <br />Member Jeffers noted that for Diamond Shamrock #652, the individual history record for the new manager, <br />Patricia Richmond did not include the year portion of her date of birth. <br /> <br />Member KJmmett moved to approve the Consent Agenda contingent on receiving the required information <br />from 7-Eleven Store #27728 and Diamond Shamrock #652 on the Manager changes. Member Jeffers seconded <br />the motion. All members were in favor, motion carried. <br /> <br />VI. AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hotel & <br />Restaurant Liquor License - 375 S. McCaslin Blvd., Unit D. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Lipton opened the public hearing on the application for a Hotel and Restaurant liquor license <br />at 375 S. McCaslin Blvd., Unit D, Louisville, Colorado, under the business name of Chipode Mexican Grill. <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that the application is for a Beer and Wine liquor license and that copies of the <br />entire application have been provided to each Authority member. She continued that the application is complete <br />and that fingerprint reports are already on file with the state. Bolte stated that public notice of this hearing has <br />been posted and published in accordance with sate law and that she was not aware of any reason that would <br />require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Attorney for the licensee, Mr. Jon Stonbraker of Dill, Dill, Cart, Stonbraker & Hutchings, asked to correct the <br />record to reflect the type of license applied for as a Hotel and Restaurant license not a Beer & Wine license. <br />Authority Attorney Sam Light and Deputy City Clerk Bolte stated that Mr. Stonbraker was correct. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Lipton asked if there were any member disclosures. None heard. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Lipton stated that the Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the <br />license as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville and asked if there were any objections to these <br />boundaries. No objections were heard and Lipton stated that the public hearing would proceed. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Lipton moved that the entire application as contained in the Authority packets be made a part <br />of the record of the hearing.
