Louisville Local Licensing Authority Meeting Date: August 27, 2001 ACTION ON MINUTES - 07/30/01 Member Sackett moved the minutes be approved. Member KAmmett seconded the motion. All members were in favor, motion carried. CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper 'order. Corporate Report of Changes - Silco Oil Co., d/b/a Barn Store #21 - 3.2% Retail Beer (Off Premises) Liquor License - 947 Pine Street. Bo Renewal Application - Baja In The Rockies, LLC, d/b/a Wahoo's Fish Taco - Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - 1148 W. Dillon Road. Co Renewal Application - Albertson's Inc., d/b/a Albertson's Food Center #812 - 3.2% Retail Beer (Off Premises) Liquor License - 910 W. Cherry Street. Renewal Application - Union Jack Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Union Jack Liquors - Retail Liquor Store License - 1160 S. Boulder Road. Member Kimmett asked about the discrepancy on the lease expiration date for Baja In The Rockies, d/b/a Wahoo's Fish Taco. The lease on file expires 2005, but the lease expiration date on the application states 2010. Chairperson Lipton stated that question #3 on page 2 of Baja In The Rockies, d/b/a Wahoo's Fish Taco renewal application had not been answered. Member Kimmett moved to approve the Consent Agenda contingent upon completion of Wahoo's Fish Taco application as stated. Member Sackett seconded the motion. All members were in favor, motion carried. VI. AUTHORITY BUSINESS Stipulation and Agreement - Romero's Liquors, LLC, d/b/a Romero's Liquors - Retail Liquor Store License - 1140 Pine Street, Unit 1. Attorney Harrington stated that the proposed agreement was contained in the member packets and that Prosecuting Attorney Joss was present to outline the contents of the agreement. Attorney Joss greeted the Authority and stated that the attorney for the licensee, Mick Rennich was also present at this meeting. Joss stated that he and Attorney Rennich have reached a stipulation in this matter.
