Business Retention and Development Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 5, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />prior minutes to understand the context of past discussions and will also prepare <br />an update of the work plan with feedback from the Committee. <br />• Discussion- Business Retention Visit Update: Director Pierce provided an <br />updated status on retention visits that have been scheduled. It is anticipated there <br />will be several conducted in October that the Committee can report out on in <br />November. <br />VII. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEE MEMBERS: At the request of the Committee, <br />Planning and Building Safety Director Rob Zuccaro, provided an update on the <br />Redtail Ridge development and the alternative uses that may be pursued by the <br />developer. Committee members also talked about the departure of Medtronic. <br />VIII.ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING: The next regular BRaD meeting will be Monday, <br />November 2 @ 8 AM. Suggested topics include retention visits, Committee work <br />plan, staff updates, and business satisfaction survey preview. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Oberholzer moved to adjourn the meeting; Mr. Bolt seconded <br />the motion. Motion passed and meeting adjourned at 10:01 AM. <br />Agenda Packet P. 3 <br />
