City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 6, 2020 <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item, opened the public hearing and asked if there were <br />any disclosures. There were no disclosures. <br />Director Zuccaro stated this is a request to landmark the structure location at 633 La <br />Farge Avenue. The home was built circa 1900-1908 and has retained significant <br />architectural and physical integrity. <br />With this application the Historic Preservation Commission has also approved an <br />alteration certificate to relocate the building from 1201 Lincoln Avenue to the southern <br />portion of the property if that landmarking is approved by Council. <br />Staff finds the structure meets the criteria for landmarking by age, architectural integrity, <br />and social heritage. <br />Andy Johnson, applicant representative, gave some history of the site. <br />Public Comments — None. <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated she supports the application and suggested an additional <br />whereas clause for the resolution noting that the standard process for determining water <br />tap fees will be used for this site. <br />Councilmember Lipton moved to approve the resolution with the additional whereas <br />clause, Councilmember Brown seconded. <br />Mayor Stolzmann closed the public hearing. <br />Roll Call Vote: Motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. <br />1201 LINCOLN AVENUE — LANDMARKING AND PRESERVATION GRANT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79, SERIES 2020 — A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE KOCI <br />HOUSE FROM 1201 LINCOLN AVENUE A HISTORIC LANDMARK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80, SERIES 2020 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION GRANT FOR THE KOCI HOUSE FROM 1201 <br />LINCOLN AVENUE TO BE LOCATED AT 633 LA FARGE AVENUE <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item, opened the public hearing and asked if there were <br />any disclosures.
