As far as the McCaslin small area plan, it recommended many <br />changes. Has that been effective yet? No not yet. (Resolution 8, <br />Series 2020) <br />o Applicant: Peter Stewart, Stewart Architecture <br />o Case Manager: Lisa Ritchie, Senior Planner <br /> <br />Howe discloses that a member of the applicant’s team is a client of his but he has no <br />interest or financial gain in this project. He says that in no way will this affect his <br />judgment for this proposal. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: <br />Before staff begins their presentation, Ritchie verifies that this application’s public notice <br />requirements have been met. They were mailed to the surrounding property owners on <br />June 26, 2020, published in the Boulder Daily Camera on June 28, 2020, and the <br />property was posted on June 26, 2020. <br /> <br />Ritchie discusses the property’s location and background history. <br /> <br />Ritchie then reviews staff’s analysis of this proposal in regards to the design handbook <br />for downtown Louisville, the Louisville Municipal Code section 17.20.025 parking criteria <br />and section 17.28.120 PUD criteria. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 8, Series 2020 to allow a single-story addition <br />to the rear of the existing structure. <br /> <br />Commissioner Questions of Staff: <br />None is heard. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />7:18pm-7:19pm
