These <br />include: <br />> The City of Louisville will seek to provide only those public services that <br />citizens require or support, and for which they are willing to pay. <br />> The minimum unreserved, undesignated fund balance of the General Fund shall <br />be calculated annually at 15% of the current operating budget. <br />> Capital projects will still be a focus of Louisville with continued investment in <br />infrastructure and improvement of quality of life as primary goals. <br />Goals with 2006 Budget Impact <br />During the 2006 budget process, many goals were defined that will impact our <br />community in 2006 and beyond. Those goals that have a budgetary impact in 2006 <br />include: <br />A. Maintain Louisville as a safe city. <br />o The high risk tactical and entry training has continued since 2000, currently at <br />$12,000. <br />o Four new replacement police vehicles are budgeted in the Fleet Management Fund at <br />$183, 500 <br />B.
