RESOLUTION NO. 90 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A 14,000 SF STRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED SITE <br />IMPROVEMENTS, A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW A MOBILE FOOD COURT, <br />AND A FINAL PLAT TO CREATE A SINGLE LOT AT 511 EAST SOUTH BOULDER <br />ROAD <br />WHEREAS, Corvus Nidus LLC has submitted an application for a Planned Unit <br />Development to allow construction of a 14,000 sf structure and associated site <br />improvements, a Special Review Use to allow a Mobile Food Court, and a final plat to <br />create a single lot at 511 E South Boulder Road; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 8, 2020, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated October 8, 2020, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Special Review Use and Planned Unit <br />Development with one condition; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on November 17, 2020, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated November <br />17, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Planned Unit Development to allow <br />construction of a 14,000 sf structure and associated site improvements, a Special <br />Review Use to allow a Mobile Food Court, and a final plat to create a single lot at 511 E <br />South Boulder Road <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 171" day of November, 2020. <br />Attest: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />By: . 04 1%�� <br />Ashley 8i6lzmann, Mayor <br />Of <br />SEA <br />Resolution No. 90, Series 2020 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
