ADOPTION OF 2021 BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 91, SERIES 2020 — A RESOLUTION SUMMARIZING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2021 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2021 RESOLUTION NO. 92, SERIES 2020 — ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2021 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2021 RESOLUTION NO. 93, SERIES 2020 — A RESOLUTION LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2020, TO HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO FOR THE 2021 BUDGET YEAR Mayor Stolzmann noted this is the culmination of many months of work and discussion on the budget and this final adoption has been preceded by many meetings. Director Watson stated this is the final step in the budget process. These three separate resolutions will formally adopt the 2021 budget. He noted that while the Council and staff have prepared a biennial budget for 2021 and 2022, the City Charter only allows for adopting the budget for one year. He stated the budget presented here tonight is identical to that presented at the October 20 public hearing except for changes Council requested at that meeting related to the middle mile project and some minor revenue changes made by staff.
