Boulder County, CO 03715259 3 of 62 <br />improvements in effect for the City as or the date of such reexamination, and the City may <br />require that Subdivider modify the construction plans to comply with City standards and <br />specifications that are in effect at the time of resubo ittal. <br />1.4 Development Coordination. Unless specifically provided in this Agreement to the <br />contrary, all submittals to the City or approvals required of the City in connection with this <br />Agreement shall be submitted to or rendered by the City Manager, or his or her designee, <br />who shall have general responsibility for coordinating development with Subdivider. <br />1.5 Construction Document Submission and Approval. Subdivider shall furnish to <br />the City complete construction drawings for the Subdivider Improvements, and obtain <br />approval of such drawings prior to commencing any construction work thereon; provided, <br />however, that Subdivider may apply for an early grading permit upon approval of a CDPHE <br />Stormwater Permit and City Stormwater Management Plan. Said approval or disapproval <br />shall be based upon the standards and criteria for public improvements as established and <br />approved by the City, and the City shall notify Subdivider of all deficiencies, which must be <br />corrected prior to approval. All deficiencies shall be corrected and said drawings shall be <br />resubmitted to and approved by the City prior to construction. City staff will review three <br />submittals of construction drawings. Additional submission of construction drawings that <br />involves further staff review shall be at the expense of the Subdivider. <br />1.6 Construction Acceptance and Warranty. No later than ten (10) days after the <br />Subdivider Improvements are completed, Subdivider shall request inspection by the City, <br />which request shall be in writing and delivered to the City Department of Public Works, 749 <br />Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027 in the same manner as notices required under Section 9.6 <br />below. If Subdivider does not request this inspection within ten (10) days of completion of <br />such improvements, the City may conduct the inspection without the approval of Subdivider <br />and provide written notice to Subdivider of reasonable repairs, replacements, construction or <br />other work required. In addition to other information requested by the City, Subdivider shall <br />3 <br />
