The use of technology allows <br />the City to make decisions based on accurate and supportable datasets. Supportive technology <br />fosters a culture of learning and innovation. <br />2021 - 2022 Priority Initiatives: <br />• Prioritize, plan and enhance middle mile infrastructure. (Administration & Support Services) <br />• Continuously improve on providing stable technological infrastructure that supports telework <br />and enhances network and data security. Train employees to have an awareness of malware <br />and how to mitigate attacks and protect data. (Administration & Support Services) <br />• Provide stable application environments to continuously improve process and data collection. <br />Document and catalog data categories with an emphasis on appropriate retention and <br />protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
