Louisville Local Licensing Authority
Meeting Date: May 24, 2004

motion was adopted.

Beatriz Sanabria and Lizzette Sanabria, 3206 Opal Lane, Superior, CO 80027 entered
their names for the record and were given the oath by Secretary Hanson.

Chairperson Koertje called for the applicant's presentation.

Lizzette Sanabria reported they currently hold a Beer and Wine License and wish to
receive a Hotel and Restaurant License because they are opening a new franchise of
Abo's Pizza in Greeley and would not be able to hold a license at that establishment
unless they change to Hotel and Restaurant License here in Louisville.

Questions from the Authority included whether they intended to now serve liquor with
this new license. Ms. Sanabria answered they did not have an interest in serving hard
liquor. Member Paige reminded the applicants they would need to add specific locked
and secured storage for that liquor if they chose to serve it. The fact that Herbert
Sanabria, Jr. was not involved in the restaurant in any way was established through
questioning. Attorney Light reminded the Authority additional documents were asked
for and received during the 2002 renewal of the Beer and Wine License concerning Mr
Sanabria's no longer being involved in the restaurant. Beatriz Sanabria will be the
registered manager of this location and she and Lizzette Sanabria will be the
purchasers of any liquor for the establishment.

Chairperson Koertje closed the public hearing.

Paige moved that the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find that the
applicant is of good moral character, that the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire the
license be granted, that the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the
neighborhood, that all City and State law requirements have been met and that, based
on these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a hotel and
restaurant license for Sanabria Enterprise, Inc. doing business as Abo's Pizza. Wilson
seconded. Roll Call Vote: Koertje-yes, Paige-yes, Mulvahill-yes, Wilson-yes and
Rommelfanger-yes. Motion adopted.

B. Special Events Permit - Lafayette Community Players - Steinbaugh Pavilion

Dan Orner, Secretary for the Lafayette Community Players introduced himself to the
Authority.
