Cityo <br />f <br />L'6Louisville Cultural Council Meeting Minutes <br />COLORADO -SINCE 1878 <br />Thursday, November 19, 2020 <br />Virtual Meeting <br />5:30 PM <br />We promote arts and culture in Louisville. We program cultural events, <br />advocate for and support artists, and advise City Council. By doing so <br />we engage our diverse social, cultural, and creative community. <br />This meeting will be held electronically. Residents interested in listening to the meeting should visit <br />the City's website here to link to the meeting: <br />https://www.louisvilleco.ciov/government/boards-commissions/cultural-council <br />The Council will accommodate public comments as much as possible during the meeting. Anyone <br />may also email comments to the Council prior to the meeting at KZoss(@LouisvilleCO.gov. <br />Call to Order 5:30 <br />11. Roll Call <br />Present: Adam Sloat, Robby Pitt, Leah Franks, Debbie Davies, Mark Cathcart, <br />Kim Poletti, Kate Ward, Tami Owen, Katie Zoss <br />Absent: None <br />111. Approval of Today's Agenda, Kate moves, Kim seconds <br />V. Public Comments: Items Not on the Agenda: None <br />V. Correction and/or Approval of August Meeting Minutes - Leah is spelled <br />wrong, Deb approves, Kim seconds. <br />VI. Chair's Report (Adam) - None <br />VII. Staff Report and Budget Update (Katie) - Covid update, The government <br />has added purple, we are in red on Friday, no indoor seating. No indoor <br />events at the Art Center until further notice. Steinbaugh is still open for ice <br />skating, when the weather turns colder. Emily Hogan will fill in for Katie <br />while she is on maternity leave. The Library employees will help with the art <br />grants in 2021. City council has requested grants be revised in February <br />and approved in March. Kim asked about main street, Katie said the City <br />will have a special meeting for extending the street closure, meeting on <br />Tuesday November 24th at 6:30. 2021 budget for the LCC has been <br />approved by City Council.
