t
Ta.r_7:ary 3, 1975
bCase 7111 - Cont.
r2ge -2-
felt this was a bad spot for the trailer to be parked there, because
this spot is cn the main entrance to the city and it -would be detrimental
to this area.
It was establishedat this tine that no application forstore licenses -
had been filed with LLthe _ tate or city.
Since the main objection, from the audience was the outside appearance
of the two trailers nowon the property, Mr. Stephen, -Building Inspector,
established that the building codes donot include the -outside appearances
of the trailers.
At this time it was brought out that Nr. Fritts could more numerous
house trailers on this property, if they were simply for resale, and not
have to appear before this board, because of the zoning.
Mr. Stephen attempted to answer the questions, as to what would be
covered by the building code as far as appearances would be concerned.
Mr. Rome, stated that he was in favor, because the sooner the board
granted permission, the sooner Mr. Fitts could start making improvements.
Since there was much discussion, from the audience, about the two
trailers already parked on this property, Mr. Ross, Chairman, read Article
354 section 33 of the muncipal code.
MOTION: A Motion by Ernie Marinelli to grant Mr. Fritts the right to set a mobile
home on his property and be occupied for no longer than twelve months,
to begin at 12:01 A.M. on January 4, 1975.
Motion was second by Mr. Pickett,
VOTING: Jack Degenhart No
Bob Ross -
Ernie Marinelli
Don Pickett
Bob Davies Absent
Motion_ on this variance was denied.
Ernie Marinelli
Secretary
