Historical Commission <br />Minutes <br />Nov. 18, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Sharon reported that the Museum's key performance indicators (KPI) have <br />been revised from 15 to 5 indicators. The Commission was updated on the <br />City's diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, where the Museum is looking into <br />drafting an indigenous land acknowledgement statement for the City. Due to <br />Boulder County going to COVID level red, the Museum is suspending in -person <br />tours on the campus, instead giving virtual tours by appointment. <br />Sharon suggested that Commission members might want to let City Council <br />know about some of the projects that the Museum staff has been working on <br />this year, particularly the ones that resonate the most with the individual <br />Commission members. The attendees discussed how to best go about this. <br />VIII. Report from Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator: <br />A. Updates on Museum operations: The large 1909 map of Louisville that <br />is in the Jordinelli House with the replica has been digitized and put on <br />the Museum website. <br />B. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: <br />Commission members approved, 7 to 0, the following donations: <br />1. Cynthia Hafner Clark — digital photo of her father and grandparents in <br />Louisville in the 1930s. <br />2. Betty Tomeo — documents, photos, and related items from the Tomeo <br />family after whom the Museum's Tomeo House is named. <br />3. Theresa Jordan — 1970 Louisville Pirate red wool pep club uniform <br />with photo of her wearing it. <br />4. Memory Delforge, Barbara Gigone, and Betty Solek — digital oral <br />history interview conducted of Memory Delforge. <br />5. Chris Wheeler — digital photos that he took of downtown Louisville <br />businesses in Spring 2020, and the 9News video called "Coronavirus <br />Winter: A Small Town Portrait in Black and White" about the project. <br />6. Jean Morgan — household items for the Education Collection. <br />C. Advice sought on donations of other artifacts being offered: <br />No advice sought <br />D. Museum Coordinator's written report: In addition to her written report, <br />Bridget reported that the Louisville Historian was mailed and that <br />membership renewals have been coming in. <br />IX.
