Ray Sears for Chairman of the Board cf <br />Adjustments and Appeals, seconded by Smith.. <br />By acclamation Ray Sears was elected as Chairman. <br />Sears nominated Robert Ross for Vice -Chairman, seconded by <br />Pendergrast. <br />By acc! amation, Robert Ross was elected as Vice -Chairman. <br />3 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ITEMS <br />A. KENT & ALLISON RIEDER <br />B. COAL CREEK ASSOCIATES' <br />A. KENT & ALLISON RIEDER <br />Sears opened the public hearing. Notice was published in the <br />Louisville Times January 10, 1990. <br />APPLICANT'S PRESENTATION: <br />Erik Hartronft, representing the Rieders. What we are asking for <br />_are very minor variances to the zoning ordinance.
