Participants wore
masks. Playing with less people and no goalies gave lots of opportunities for all to have
more touches which led to greater participation. There was not a single complaint, only
praise for us making it happened and running so smoothly.
• Tennis
o Despite not having our CARA team, which is about 40 kids, we still had 190 tennis
participants. These 190 youth tennis players made up for the largest year of solely based
lessons to date.
• Baseball
o The City of Louisville was also able to provide baseball and softball fields to our co-
sponsored groups and some rental groups to allow for a full fall season and an adjusted
summer season.
Pre Covid Adult Sports
• Our 2nd adult indoor soccer league increased by 2 entire teams getting us to the max for the
league at 8
Post Covid Adult Sports
• The ball field crew was able to provide softball fields for our senior softball teams. Many other
organizations were not able to provide fields to their teams so our grateful seniors played more
games than they typically would have during a time that it was greatly appreciated as many
might have only left the house for the softball game and it might be their only means of physical
activity.
Fitness Program Highlights
Jan -Mar
