• The Visiting Nurses Association provided medical Footcare to 126 senior clients from July - <br />December 2020 <br />• Provided 114 Medical equipment loans through the loan closet <br />Programs: <br />• Held community events regarding the Census and Bullying Amongst Seniors <br />• Transitioned some of our drop in programs to virtual <br />• Other programs are offered through virtual platforms (Holiday Ornaments, Wellness Seminars, <br />Medicare Basics, Workshop with the City Museum, etc.) <br />• Began virtual trips (CU Holiday Show) <br />• Hosted successful Drive -In events including an Ice Cream Social with 115 participants and <br />Oktoberfest with 35- used sponsors for costs for both <br />• Held an Older Americans Month concert on Zoom with Cody Qualls from FACE with 75 <br />participants <br />• Held a very successful drive-thru Wellness & Resource Fair with 165 bags of resource <br />information distributed <br />Aquatics program highlights <br />• Lazy River Reservations= 2,410 January 2020- started the year fully staffed without holes in the <br />schedule. <br />• February — Brought on replacement lead guard Danny Weinstock <br />• January — February 2020: Successful group lesson program all classes were full with waitlists. <br />• January- February 2020: Successful mini private lesson program all offerings were full <br />• February 2020- CPO fusion Class was offered to certify Aquatics staff and other cities Aquatics <br />staff in Certified Pool Operation <br />• February 22, 2020- First time offering Glow Swim Party family event. This event was a huge hit <br />with over 300 in attendance. <br />• March 10, 2020- Seasonal Job Fair for Summer Hiring <br />• March — June 2020-Facility closed <br />Aquatics staff worked on refunding all enrolled programs Group Swim Lessons, Private Lesson <br />Minis, and Stroke Clinic. <br />Provided virtual water safety lessons and Red Cross class offerings. <br />Aquatics Staff maintained water quality and cleanliness of pools while not in use. <br />• Late June —July 1: <br />Aquatics staff worked to prep pools to start safely allowing patrons back into the building. This <br />involved creating plans and marketing for pool usage, pool entrance, marketing video, <br />reservations, staff training, and cleaning protocols. All lifeguarding was provided by Full Time <br />Aquatics Staff for the first few weeks. Then we slowly started to bring lifeguard staff back. <br />• August 12-26t" the pools were closed for Lap Pool re -plaster job. During this time Aquatics <br />operated a mini maintenance week. <br />• Numbers from July 1-December 315t: <br />• Lap Pool Reservations = 8,836 <br />• Program Pool Reservations = 4,096 <br />
