C1ty��f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Recreation Advisory Board <br />Zoom Meeting Minutes <br />December 28, 2020 <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Norgard called the meeting to order at 6:33. <br />Roll Call was taken. The following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Rich Bradfield, Audrey Debarros, Patrick <br />Haines, Gene Kutscher, Angie Layton, Lisa Norgard, Michele Van Pelt <br />Board Members Absent: Brett Nickerson <br />Staff Members Present: David Baril, Ginger Cross, Kathy Martin, Nathan <br />Mosley <br />Guests Present: None <br />Public Members Present: None <br />Approval of Agenda —. The agenda was approved unanimously. <br />Motion: Kutscher <br />Second: Norgard <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — The minutes from the November 23 meeting <br />were approved unanimously. <br />Motion: Haines <br />Second: Norgard <br />Public Comments — None <br />Staff Updates <br />Recreation and Senior Center Updates <br />Kathy Martin reported that the county -wide restriction of 10% capacity is <br />brutal, as demand far exceeds this level. It was noted that the soon -to -start high <br />school swim programs will also be subject to this limit. Rich Bradfield asked <br />about the Five Star program.
