No further questions and the Committee all <br />agreed. <br />• Stormwater — Page 44-46, Mr. Peterson said we looked at the 90 Day <br />Cash Reserve so the difference would be 3%. We continue to try to <br />build in the Stormwater project to get to the large CIP project we have in <br />2026/2027 which is the Drainageway 7-1. Councilmember Lipton <br />moved to approve the recommendation of 120 Day Cash Reserve <br />subject to changing to the 90 Day Cash Reserve. Councilmember <br />Fahey Second the motion. No other questions or comments and <br />Committee members all agreed. <br />• Page 47 — Rate Comparison, Councilmember Lipton stated that this is <br />good comparisons. He would like to look at this again in the first quarter <br />and look at it as class of service and include single family and <br />commercial rates. Would also like to see how they compare to other <br />municipalities. <br />• Page 48 — 49, Councilmember Lipton asked for any questions on the <br />increases and monthly billing. Mayor Pro Tern Councilmember Maloney <br />said he had no questions but did want to thank staff for including this <br />information as it's valuable for Council to see this information. All <br />agreed and appreciate all the work that went into the process. <br />VIII.
