L�LC <br />ouisville <br />City Manager's Office <br />■ Q&A with Bill Morris, Found of Blue Start Recyclers <br />o Register at lousivilleco.gov/sustainablefilms <br />• Building Code <br />o Staff are pursuing a grant with a cohort of regional communities that will provide code <br />expertise, net zero building code evaluation and renewables planning with Lotus <br />Engineering and Southwest Energy Efficiency Project. <br />■ Application is due March 1 <br />o CU Public Health students will be developing a green building code impact assessment <br />for the spring semester. <br />■ Project will assist staff in understanding the impact of greening the building <br />code in terms of environmental, equity and economic impact. <br />• Municipal Operations <br />o Golf Course charging will move forward with Xcel funding. Recycling receptacles have <br />been added to the course. <br />o Working with Xcel on applications for building audits to take place in Q2. <br />• Energy Future Collaboration (EFC) <br />o Xcel's Transportation Electrification Plan has been approved. The TEP continues funding <br />and programmatic support around electrification efforts and provides new <br />opportunities, such as Community Charging Hubs and multi -family and equity <br />programs. <br />o Renewable*Connect filing did not take place in December.
