Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-36 COVID-19 Dial <br />February 12, 2021 <br />investigate and contact trace up to 8.7 cases per 100,000 population per <br />day. <br />2. Counties and regions certified for Level Green may allow any business or <br />activity within their jurisdiction to operate at 50% of their pre -pandemic capacity <br />not to exceed 500 people, whichever is less, in any one setting. Individuals at <br />risk of Severe Illness from COVID-19 are advised to remain at home as much as <br />possible. Certified counties and regions may impose restrictions within their <br />jurisdictions that are lower than these maximum capacity limits, but may not <br />exceed these limits. <br />a. Critical Businesses and Critical Government Functions may continue <br />to operate without capacity limitations, except that Critical Retail must <br />adhere to 50% of the posted occupancy limit, but must follow the <br />requirements in Section III.B and C of this Order. <br />b. Non -Critical Office -Based Businesses may operate at 50% of their <br />pre -pandemic capacity with no further person cap or limitation. <br />C. Any business or activity that was not authorized to operate in more <br />restrictive levels is authorized to open in a county or region certified for <br />Protect Our Neighbors, at the capacity limits described in this Section II.E, <br />unless limited or prohibited by the certified county or region. <br />d. CDPHE reserves the right to require additional containment and <br />mitigation strategies beyond those detailed by a county or region in their <br />containment and mitigation plan. CDPHE further reserves the right to <br />rescind the certification of a region or county for Protect Our Neighbors. <br />e. Counties approved for Level Green that wish to exercise the exemption <br />from Executive Order D 2020 138, as amended and extended, requiring <br />the wearing of face coverings in public indoor spaces must first consult <br />with CDPHE. <br />f. Counties may increase their businesses and activities operational capacity <br />by 5% each month that the county continues to meet the metrics in Section <br />II.13.1 of this Order. <br />C. LEVEL BLUE: CAUTIOUS. <br />1. The metrics for Level Blue are as follows: <br />a. New COVID-19 cases are at an incidence of no greater than 100 per <br />100,000 in a one week period, or for counties with less than 30,000 <br />population a comparable case count based on the county's population; <br />b.
