Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-36 COVID-19 Dial <br />February 12, 2021 <br />Title 44 of the Colorado Revised Statutes must cease alcohol beverage <br />sales to end consumers for on -premises consumption and for takeout <br />between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. MDT each day; however, counties and <br />municipalities may set more restrictive hours as they determine <br />appropriate. <br />i. Smoking Lounges may operate at 25% of the posted occupancy limit, not <br />to exceed 10 people, whichever is less. <br />j. Repealed. <br />k. Indoor Events may operate at 25% of the posted occupancy limit not to <br />exceed 50 people excluding staff, whichever is less, within their usable <br />space calculated using the Distancing Space Calculator per room. If the <br />event is a seated event as described in Appendix I, the usable space may <br />be calculated using 6 feet distancing between non -household contacts <br />instead of using the calculator. <br />1. Outdoor Events may operate at 25% of the posted occupancy limit not to <br />exceed 75 people excluding staff, whichever is less, within their usable <br />space calculated using the Distancing Space Calculator per designated <br />activity or area. If the event is a seated event as described in Appendix I, <br />the usable space may be calculated using 6 feet distancing between <br />non -household contacts instead of using the calculator. <br />M. Recreation, including Gyms, recreation centers and indoor pools and <br />outdoor recreation facilities may operate at 25% capacity, not to exceed 50 <br />people, whichever is less, excluding staff per room indoors or per activity <br />or area outdoors. Organized recreational youth or adult league sports must <br />instead follow the requirements in Section II.E.2.n below. <br />n. Organized recreational youth or adult league sports and informal <br />outdoor recreational sports may operate with no more than 10 players in <br />indoor and outdoor settings. <br />o. Outdoor Guided Activities may be conducted at 25% capacity not to <br />exceed 10 people, whichever is less. <br />P. Children's Day Camps, Residential Camps, Youth Sports Day Camps <br />and Exempt Single Skill -Building Youth Camps may be conducted <br />virtually or with no more than 10 participants outdoors only. <br />q. Casinos may operate at the same capacity requirements as Indoor Events, <br />25% of the posted occupancy limit not to exceed 50 people excluding <br />staff, whichever is less, within their usable space calculated using the <br />Distancing_ Space Calculator per room. If the event is a seated event as <br />described in Appendix I, the usable space may be calculated using 6 feet <br />distancing between non -household contacts instead of using the calculator. <br />13 <br />
