Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-36 COVID-19 Dial <br />February 12, 2021 <br />1. The metrics for Level Orange are as follows: <br />a. New COVID-19 cases are at an incidence of no greater than 500 per <br />100,000 in a one week period, or for counties with less than 30,000 <br />population a comparable case count based on the county's population; <br />b. The percent of positive results over a rolling 7 day average is no greater <br />than 10%; and <br />C. To move into this level from a more restrictive level, hospitalization rates, <br />or numbers for smaller counties, for county residents are stable or <br />declining and regional hospital capacity is sufficient. <br />2. Operating capacities, maintaining Distancing Requirements for nonhousehold <br />members, for designated sectors and activities in Level Orange are as follows: <br />a. Public and private gatherings are limited to no more than 10 individuals <br />from no more than 2 households when not otherwise regulated as a <br />specific sector or activity in Section III of this Order. Nothing in this <br />Order prohibits the gathering of members living in the same residence. <br />Individuals at risk of Severe Illness from COVID-19 are strongly <br />advised to remain at home as much as possible. <br />b. Non -Critical Office -based businesses may allow in -person work up to <br />25% of their posted occupancy limit, and are strongly encouraged to <br />implement remote work to the greatest extent possible <br />C. Critical and Non -critical Retail may operate at 50% of the posted <br />occupancy limit, and should offer increased options for curbside pickup, <br />delivery, and dedicated service hours for senior and at -risk individuals. <br />d. Non -critical Manufacturing may operate at 25% of the posted <br />occupancy limit not to exceed 50 people, whichever is less, per room. <br />e. Field Services may operate, and real estate open houses must follow the <br />Indoor Event requirements. <br />f. Personal Services may operate at 25% of the posted occupancy limit, not <br />to exceed 25 people, whichever is less, per room. <br />g. Limited Healthcare Settings may operate at 25% of the posted <br />occupancy limit, not to exceed 25 people, whichever is less, per room. <br />h. Restaurants may operate at 25% of the posted occupancy limit indoors <br />not to exceed 50 people, excluding staff, whichever is less, per room. <br />Restaurants may also use any existing, licensed outdoor space for <br />in -person dining with a group limit of 10 and minimum spacing of 6 feet <br />apart. Restaurants must have or obtain approval from their local <br />government's permitting, building and fire code oversight agency for any <br />new outdoor dining space prior to use.
