Casinos are closed for in -person work and services under this Order but <br />may continue to carry out Minimum Basic Operations. <br />r. Critical Businesses and Critical Government Functions may continue <br />to operate without capacity limitations, except that Critical Retail must <br />adhere to 50% of the posted occupancy limit, but must follow the <br />requirements in Section III.B and C of this Order. <br />III. BUSINESS AND ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS <br />A. In Levels Blue, Yellow, and Orange, any business or activity not addressed in this <br />Order or corresponding interpretive guidance found here may operate with 10 or <br />fewer individuals per room in accordance with the requirements in Section III.0 of <br />this Order. In Levels Red and Purple, any business not addressed in Sections II.F <br />and II.G of this Order are closed. <br />1. The following establishments and activities remain closed in Levels Blue, <br />Yellow, Orange, Red and Purple: <br />a. Bars that do not serve food; and <br />b. the use of bounce houses and ball pits in any public or commercial venue. <br />2. The following businesses or activities are subject to the requirements of other <br />public health orders: <br />a. Nursing facilities, assisted living residences and intermediate care <br />facilities are subject to PHO 20-20; and <br />b. Voluntary and elective surgeries and procedures are subject to PHO 20-29. <br />33 <br />
