Seventh Amended Public Health Order 20-36 COVID-19 Dial <br />February 12, 2021 <br />B. All Critical Businesses and Critical Government Functions, as defined in Appendix <br />A and Section IV.0 of this Order, may continue to operate, and must comply with <br />Distancing Requirements, adopt work from home or tele-work policies for any <br />operations that can be done remotely, and implement other strategies, such as staggered <br />schedules or re -designing workplaces, to create more distance between workers unless <br />doing so would make it impossible to carry out critical functions. Critical Businesses <br />and Critical Government Functions should follow all of the requirements in this Order <br />for their sector, and any applicable CDPHE guidance, unless doing so would make it <br />impossible to carry out critical functions. <br />C. All Business and Government Functions. All Businesses and Government <br />Functions shall follow the protocols below: <br />1. Face Coverings. Face coverings are required pursuant to Executive Order D <br />2020 138, as amended and extended, for all individuals in public indoor settings <br />unless the individual is 10 years of age or younger, cannot medically tolerate a <br />face covering, or is participating in one of the activities described in Section II.M <br />of Executive Order D 2020 138, as amended and extended. <br />2. Work Accommodations. Employers must provide reasonable work <br />accommodations, such as telecommuting, for Individuals At Risk of Severe <br />Illness from COVID-19 who are still advised to stay in their residence. <br />Employers are also strongly encouraged to provide reasonable work <br />accommodations for individuals who reside with or are caring for Individuals at <br />Risk of Severe Illness from COVID-19, or facing child care needs while schools <br />remain closed. <br />3. Disease Prevention Measures for the Workplace. Employers and sole <br />proprietors shall take all of the following measures within the workplace to <br />minimize disease transmission, in accord with the CDPHE Guidance: <br />a. deputize a workplace coordinator(s) charged with addressing COVID-19 <br />issues; <br />b. maintain 6 foot separation between employees and discourage shared <br />spaces; <br />C. clean and disinfect all high touch areas; <br />d. post signage for employees and customers on good hygiene; <br />e. ensure proper ventilation; <br />f. avoid gatherings (meetings, waiting rooms, etc) of more than 10 people or <br />provide sufficient spaces where Distancing Requirements can be <br />19 <br />34 <br />
