Williams asked what the south wall was made of and asked about views from the neighbors' perspective. Hartronft replied that it was a wood -frame wall with siding that would look similar to the rest of the building. He described the views of the siding and the trellis and described the heights of the different windows and walls. Williams asked about the plan for sound mitigation. Hartronft replied that the wall would be a fire -rated wall with high -density cement board on both sides so that the sound -rating of the wall it would be similar to requirements for a unit -to -unit wall in the Code. He noted that it would be open on the top, so the sound could travel over it. Williams asked if there was a plan to remove the trees. Hartronft replied that none of the trees would remain. Clark added that they had planted 10 aspen a few years ago and 7 were still alive. Some of those would be replanted. He noted that the ash tree in the right-of-way would not be removed. Williams asked about the hours of operation with the new addition. Clark replied that he did not plan to change the hours of operation once the addition was up. He noted that they would likely still have Friday night pizza parties that would go later. Rice asked about when outdoor music would be occurring. Clark replied that he would like to have music on the weekends likely during lunchtime and on Friday nights during the summer. The music was generally acoustic bluegrass-y music. He shared that a previous neighbor did not appreciate the music past a certain point and he would text Mr. Clark and ask them to stop the music. Clark stated that he would hope in the future to be notified by a neighbor and they could wrap up the music. Rice asked if the applicant was willing to have an additional limitation on outdoor music, such as 9 PM. Clark replied that he was willing to talk about it, but noted that they had set the hours to be consistent with other businesses in the area. He added that maybe 10 PM could work. Moline asked Mr. Clark to comment on the incomplete administrative SRU.
