'~ <br />.Ff• <br />Open Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday March 11, 2009 <br />Louisville Public Library, Meeting Room <br />951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order -Chairperson Tom Davinroy called the meeting to order at <br />7:OOpm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Tom Davinroy, Spencer Guthrie, Larry Crowley, <br />Kate LeMere, Truman Bradley, Justin McClure and Linda Smith <br />Board Members Absent: Aaron Grider <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull and Joe Stevens <br />Approval of Agenda -Kate moved to approve the agenda as printed. The <br />motion was unanimous. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes -Linda moved to accept the February 11, 2009 <br />minutes. Justin seconded. The motion was unanimous. <br />Public Comments not on the agenda. <br />Karen Grief was concerned about rumors that a road was going to be put into the <br />Daughenbaugh open space. Ember clarified that the improvements will be 5' <br />concrete trails and measures will be taken to prevent motor vehicles from using <br />the connector. <br />Tom Tessier 249 Lois Drive, was opposed to putting a crusher fine trail around <br />the stock pond on Daughenbaugh. Karen was also very opposed to it and was <br />concerned about being denied access to social trails. She was also very <br />concerned about bikes zooming along good trails.
