Embers still needs pictures and quotes from board members for the city <br />web site. <br />Board Updates <br />1. Tom mentioned that the new bridge on Daughenbaugh looks good. <br />Ember was impressed with the low impact the work had on the open space. The <br />contractors assured her that the gray color will weather to the expected rusty <br />black. <br />Education Programs <br />Ember discussed upcoming programs: <br />April <br />Passport to Adventure <br />Tree Planting <br />Property Hike-North OS <br />Children's fishing derby <br />May <br />Weed tour -Aquarius OS <br />Front Range Mountain Lion Study <br />June <br />Living with Coyotes <br />National Trails Day -Harper Lake running trail <br />(Release the Bugs) not scheduled - bio control <br />July <br />2"d annual pulling for Colorado <br />Get to know your H2O <br />August <br />Gardening <br />September <br />Weed identification walking tour <br />John Breaux Memorial Ideas & Committee Interest <br />City council is trying to compile all ideas for ways to memorialize John <br />Breaux. They would like to see ideas from all boards and committees. Input <br />from OSAB such as naming open space would be good. Spencer volunteered to <br />go to the task force committee meeting.
