Moving the fence back may also allow some existing vegetation <br />on the property to screen views of the fencing from the road. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff finds that all applicable variance criteria have been met. Staff is recommending approval <br />of the request for a variance to allow a six-foot solid privacy fencing in the front yard setback with <br />two conditions: <br />1. That the fence be set back a minimum of 10 feetfrom the front property line, and limited <br />to 100 feet in length along the public right of way; and <br />2. That the fence be removed whenever the residential use of the property is discontinued, <br />according to the terms of the annexation agreement. <br />4 <br />
