RESOLUTION NO.27 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH <br />BOULDER COUNTY FOR THE RESURFACING OF A SEGMENT OF EMPIRE <br />DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, there has been proposed an intergovernmental agreement between the City of <br />Louisville and Boulder County to allocate costs and responsibilities concerning the resurfacing of a <br />certain segment of Empire Drive, a portion of which is located in unincorporated Boulder County, <br />and a portion of which is located in the corporate limits of Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the intergovernmental agreement by this <br />Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The Intergovernmental Agreement ("Agreement") between the City of <br />Louisville and Boulder County, concerning the resurfacing of a certain segment of Empire Drive, a <br />copy of which Agreement accompanies this Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2.
