Historic Landmark Agreement <br />I.01.01t,NDO il%LL IS,, <br />PmperiyAddress: 809 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Property Legal Description: N'h Lot 12, Block 5, Town of Louisville <br />The undersigned owner(s) hereby agrees the property described above be considered for local historic <br />landmark designation. pursuant to the Louisville Landmark Preservation Ordinance, Ordinance No. 1463, <br />Series 2005, as codified in Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code and amended from time to <br />time (the "Ordinance*). <br />I understand upon designation, I or my successors in ownership of the property (the Landmark Site) will <br />be required to submit to the review process of the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of <br />Louisville as set forth In the Ordinance prior to the occurrence of any of the following: <br />1) Reconstruction or alteration of the exterior of the improvements on the property, or; <br />2) Construction of, addition to, or demolklon of improvements on the property. <br />I further understand I or my successors in ownership will be required to submit to the review process of <br />the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Louisville as set forth in the Ordinance if a building <br />permit for the property is requested for any one of the following: <br />1) Alteration or reconstruction of or an addition to the exterior of any improvement which constitutes <br />all or part of a landmark structure, landmark site, or landmark district; <br />2) Demolition or relocation of any improvement which constitutes all or part of a landmark structure, <br />landmark site or landmark district; or <br />3) Construction or erection of or an addition to any improvement upon any land included in a <br />landmark site or landmark district. <br />I understand as part of any such review process, the Historic Preservation Commission shall be under the <br />time constraints and other requirements as set forth In the Ordinance. <br />1 also understand any historic landmark designation for the property transfers with the title of the property <br />should the property be sold. <br />DATED this /6 day of , 20I. <br />Owner.
