Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 16, 2009 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />Muth reported that the draft survey grant application has been submitted to the <br />State Historic Fund for initial comments. They will return the draft with comments <br />by the end of the week so that it can be submitted by the April 1 deadline. She <br />noted that the application includes seven letters of support. She added that the <br />Request for Proposals garnered eight responses for surveying and ranged in <br />price from $21,000 to $54,000. <br />Muth told members that the City Manager is currently making budget <br />presentations to get feedback from the community regarding the budget and <br />service levels. She invited members to attend the public meetings on March 30, 7 <br />PM or April 2, 7:30 AM. <br />Items from Commission Members <br />Lewis reported that she has gotten a couple of tips on possible mail order homes <br />in Lafayette and Boulder.
