He reminded the others that the Louisville Revitalization Commission (LRC) is not a decision making board. They provide recommendations to City Council and then Council makes the decision. What needs to be kept in mind is the involvement of the Planning Commission with specific land use issues. Pritchard stated the LRC does have the same open meeting policy and so the process through LRC has been available to the public. He does not feel that the process followed by LRC has been flawed. Tengler stated he had no comments. Sheets requested that staff take this discussion and the concerns of the Planning Commission to the City Manager and the City Attorney. Russell stated the Commission needed to continue this concern before them because the process is still in the early stages and the Commission has the opportunity to keep the public involved. Sheets moved and Russell seconded a motion to enter the letter from Walgreens into the public record. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
