<br />This is the time to get those legs ready for the slopes,
<br />This one-hour class will include a variety of exercises
<br />focusing on functional lower body and core strength, flexibil-
<br />ity, and local endurance, Participants need to bring an inflat-
<br />able fit ball to class, Session 1 - Mondays and Wednesdays,
<br />October 5-November 8, 7:00-8:00 PM, $90 for residents,

<br />Bring your baby and jog stroller to join other moms
<br />for a fun fitness class designed just for the mom with
<br />small children! We will meet at the LRC lobby and then head
<br />outside to combine a variety of exercises to get your heart
<br />pumping and tone and strengthen your entire body, Exercise
<br />difFerent fitness levels, If you own
<br />exercise tubing please bring it to the first class, some tubing

<br />GROUP FOR GIRLS (AGES 11-14)

<br />This fun and supportive eight-week class will focus on
<br />strength techniques, cardiovascular fitness, and proper
<br />nutrition, In addition, group discussions concerning self-im-
<br />age issues, cultural awareness about "lookism" and "sizeism,"
<br />disordered eating, and peer pressure vs, personal empower-
<br />ment will be incorporated into the weekly classes, Participants
<br />will receive a "certificate of training" to allow them access to
<br />the weight and cardiovascular equipment on the second floor,
