If you have specific questions, please contact Commu- nity Facilitator Meredyth Muth at 303.335.4536. 111,11 'I , RECENT CITY COUNCIL ACTIONS The following is a list of some of the action items taken by the City Council since the last edition of the Community Update. ~Approved Ordinance No. 1524, Series 2007 to implement mixed use design standards and guidelines as well as zoning changes for the Highway 42 Revitalization Area; ~Approved a contract for the installation of new playground equipment for the Recreation Center playground; ~Approved a contract for the construction of the Fisher Farms/Tamarisk Open Space trail; ~ Held the October 16 City Council meeting at Monarch High School; ~Approved Ordinance No. 1515, Series 2007 making changes to the Senior Rebate program; ~Approved the 2008 budget for the Louisville Revitalization Com- mission; ~Approved a contract for public art to be installed in the library's grand staircase; ~Approved Business Assistance packages for the following: Table 816, Alchemy Technologies, CV 282 Century Place, and Promotech Research Associates; ~Approved Resolution No. 57, Series 2008 approving the prelimi- nary planned unit development of the Takoda Village subdivision; ~Continued discussion on a proposed noise ordinance; ~Approved an agreement between the City and Eldorado Artisian Springs, Ltd. regarding the use of tap water for retail sale; ~Approved the 2008 City Budget.
