2008 OPEN SPACE VOLUNTEER REVIEW

The Open Space Division would like
to send a big THANK YOU to all
those that donated their free time to come out
and volunteer. In 2008 we had a total of 162
different people put on their work gloves and
on 12 different
different

projects throughout the year.
We would also like to recognize the Ellen
Lutz Family for donating the most hours out
of any of our Adopt-an-Open Space adoptees
and Patrick Haas for most outstanding volun-
teer project.
For 2009, the Open Space Division hopes
to do even better. We have the Adopt-an-Open
Space or Trail Program, a variety of single
day projects, and community volunteer events
throughout the year. Come and join our team!

The Lutz's helped to keep
Davidson Mesa spotless

Patrick organized a clean up
and removal of Russian olives
at the Tamarisk Open Space.

2009 OPEN SPACE PROGRAMS

join the Open Space Division for some informative and fun programs this Spring.
