<br />Finance Report <br />City of Louisville HA 2008 Audited financial statements - management discussion and analysis <br />Lisa reviewed the analysis with the Board members. East St. LP and LSELP 2008 Audited <br />financial statements were presented as well. <br /> <br />Audit Presentation - Hiratsuka and Schmitt <br />Required communication was handed out to board members. The auditors must issue one <br />communication for each financial statement including LHA, East Street Limited Partnership and <br />Lincoln Street Elderly Limited Partnership. No misstatements identified during the audit. No <br />disagreements with management. The auditors are recommending more review on tenant <br />calculations '- see letters in board packet. Callan will review documents. 30 units is the minimum that we would want to pursue <br />in a new development. The board would like to identifY possible projects - Cottonwood Park, <br />South Boulder Road, and the Downtown Revitalization area. The board feels that their focus at <br />this time is senior rental affordable housing. The packet is due May 19th to the City to be <br />prepared for the Council. Include an Occupancy report and a summary sheet from the website <br />that links to the existing properties. Callan and Terri will take the lead and Steve will present his <br />outline. <br /> <br />The presentation will include: <br />1) Introductions of the Board. <br />2) Quick review of the accomplishments of the last year including a review of the properties <br />and management. <br />3) Discussion of shift from Board's focus on inclusionary zoning ordinance to expanding <br />senior affordable rental housing in the City of Louisville. <br />4) Need of the LHA to have additional land/resources to proceed on a project and to <br />understand the City's commitment. <br />
