Update on Property Development Opportunities
Cottonwood Park Meeting: Steve Underhill
Steve Underhill summarized the meeting with the developers Everett Wiehe and Rich McCabe
approximately six weeks ago. One proposal includes LHA acting as a conduit issuer of
financing. Under that scenario, LHA has no responsibility to payoff the bond. In return, the
developer would set aside a certain number of units within their project as affordable housing.
The last proposal presented to the LHA included approximately 36 or so assisted living units
some single family homes in the back. LHA could own 12 of the units if they could work out an
agreement. The developers have been pursuing additional proposals that include a larger
number of assisted living units. Those proposals were presented at the Louisville Senior Center.

Section 8: HCV Program Report
Monthly statistics - See board packet

Resident Services Update
Addressing senior needs

Matters from Members of the Board
Additional action items include:
1) Lisa to email Steve Official statement from Bond Issue Golden West.
2) Callan offered up chair position to other members and would like that to be discussed at
the next board meeting.
3) Bonnie Star will check status of alternate position for the LHA board.

Discussion of Agenda Items for next 2009 LHA board meeting: Lydia Morgan Apartments,
May 26, 2009.

Meeting adjourned at 9:42am

** Any member of the Public may speak on any subject not related to the agenda.
